Yes, LVN's must complete all eight prerequisites before beginning classes at CSON, but classes do not need to be completed until May 31.
No, the LVN nutrition course is considered a vocational class and cannot count as the required academic nutrition prerequisite.
Anatomy and Physiology have a 10 year expiration date from the semester start date at CSON. Chemistry and Microbiology do not have an expiration date.
Covenant does not prohibit students from working while in school. Most students who choose to maintain a job only work a few hours each week, but it is on an individual basis. Your education schedule will not be changed to accommodate any work hours.
Once completed with Covenant School of Nursing you can obtain employment and pass your state board exam. Within 2-3 months you begin the seamless transition to BSN at LCU. At this point most students work full time and complete their courses as a full time student. These are hybrid courses, which means that you will have a half a day in class lecture one day a week and the rest of your class will be in online format.
