Welcome to Texas and New Mexico's 2023 Annual Report

Covenant Health’s commitment to serve all, especially those who are vulnerable, extends beyond the walls of our ministries. In 2023, our organization in West Texas and eastern New Mexico worked with community partners to help ensure our neighbors had access to health care, food, shelter and other critical resources.

In 2023, the organization invested $100 million in community benefit across Texas and New Mexico. Targeted investments supported these and many other programs:

• Financial assistance to eligible patients in West Texas and eastern New Mexico, helping reduce or eliminate their costs of health care. 
• Subsidized medical and behavior health care management for uninsured or underinsured low-income patients and children in our region. 
• Supportive housing, recuperative and respite care for those experiencing homelessness. 
• Bilingual programming to support Latinx families, building personalized parenting plans, including coordination within community programs for wrap-around care.
