Providence Gamelin House

Welcome to Providence Gamelin House, a HUD-subsidized apartment complex for seniors, ages 62 and older, in Seattle’s Rainier Vista neighborhood. We offer 77 private apartments in one of Seattle’s most culturally diverse communities.

We opened our doors in 2005 to provide residents with a high-quality, affordable place to call home. We are pleased to offer services coordination to help residents age in place. Providence Gamelin House is also conveniently located directly above Providence ElderPlace, an innovative program that provides older adults with health care and social services.
