All medical staff members receive a 15% discount in the cafeteria on all purchases. Cashiers at the cafeteria will accept cash, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. PMG and PRMCE employees have the option of payroll deduction - please let the cashier know you are an employee and your badge will be processed accordingly.

New Provider Orientation is held on the first Thursday of every month. Coordination is through each Medical Staff Division Coordinator in the Medical Staff Office. Or, you may contact Lisa George directly at 425-261-3929 or email Lisa George.
If beginning practice within the hospital prior to orientation, the photo and badge pick-up will be available through each Medical Staff Division Coordinator in the medical staff office.
Call the Badge Office at 425-261-3913 or send an email to BadgeOfficePEMC@providence.org. If they are not available, you can get a replacement through each Medical Staff Division Coordinator in the Medical Staff Office.
Be sure we have a "business" email on file where you can securely receive confidential or proprietary information. Update your address, phone number, and other information with the Medical Staff Office through an email to the Medical Staff Office.
Shadows are arranged through Volunteer Services. Shadows are here for typically no more than eight hours, are constantly accompanied by you, and do not have direct hands-on patient contact. Shadows do need a background check and a badge. Volunteer Services can be reached at 425-261-4580.
