The Stroke Support Group is specifically designed to offer you and your caregivers, family and friends the opportunity to talk with other stroke survivors and learn how to make the most life after stroke.
We know you have many questions. This group is lead by fellow stroke survivors who offer insights into what they have learned and helpful tips they have gained, all in an open and friendly environment.
The Stroke Support Group meets on the 2nd Friday of every month in the Medical Office Building (MOB). The building adjacent to the Hospital in the Rainier room.

Starting your journey as a new mother can be exciting, as well as stressful. The free Drop-in Lactation Support Group, led by Providence Everett’s Certified Lactation Consultants, provides lactation assistance, education and support for new mothers in our community.
Mothers and infants are welcome to drop in any Thursday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Please call 425-303-6545 before you leave home to confirm the group is being held.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own breastfeeding pillow and breast pump.
