Hours: 6:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Our café features meals made to order, as well as grab-and-go options. We have a large seating area and our menu includes:

• World cuisine prepared to order
• Sandwiches hot off the grill
• Freshly baked pizzas with fresh toppings
• Fresh pasta with your choice of sauce
• Popular and unique deli sandwiches on fresh bread
• A salad bar featuring fresh fruits and veggies
• Cookies, cakes, pies and other specialty bakery items
• Fair trade coffee and an array of bottled waters, teas and juices

The Bistro (Main lobby, Cymbaluk Medical Tower)
Hours: 6:30 a.m. - 11 p.m.

At Your Request® Room-Service-Style Menu

Maybe you'd like pancakes for dinner. Or how about a chicken Caesar salad or oven-baked pizza, made just for you? If you're a patient at the Colby Campus, you can order that and more between 7 a.m-7 p.m. everyday with our At Your Request meal program.

To order these room-service-style meals:

• Make your selections from the At Your Request menu (found in patient rooms)
• Call ext. 88888 between 7 a.m.-7 p.m. to place your order
• Your individually prepared meal will be delivered in 45 minutes or less
• Visitors can also order a meal for only $7. Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions or allergies

Monte Cristo Café (main cafeteria)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Pavilion Bistro
Hours: Daily, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
