Community benefit investments are one way Providence lives its Mission. For generations, we’ve offered a caring hand to those with the greatest need in our community.
Community benefit is the measurable contribution we make to improve the overall health and well-being of our local communities, with particular concern for the poor and vulnerable. Providence community benefit investments support organizations, programs, and initiatives throughout our communities in Eastern Washington.

Providence partners with people of goodwill to offer a caring hand of compassion. We collaborate with social service and government agencies, charitable foundations, community organizations, universities, and many others to identify the greatest needs through community health needs assessments. Those assessments, outlined in our community health improvement plans, guide our community benefit investments into our communities’ health and wellbeing.
