Our Approach

At Mission Hospital, we want your stay with us to be as comfortable and efficient as possible. In order to help us do so, we encourage patients to pre-register online for our services, particularly any surgery or scheduled, same-day procedures.

Once registered, patients can be assured our caregivers will be prepared for your visit, allowing you to complete your visit and checkout without delay. For insurance verification purposes, it is recommended that this form be submitted at least three days prior to your expected visit.

Admitting Process

If you are having any type of surgery, please be sure to pre-register either online or by calling the Mission Registration before coming to the hospital.

Before registering, please be prepared to provide:

• Date/Time of service or surgery
• Attending doctor’s name
• Diagnosis/Reason for visit
• General information (name/address/SSN)
• Emergency contact
• Insurance card(s) and information about the person who is the primary insurance carrier
