Senior Outreach Program

The Senior Outreach Program assists the elderly with mental health services and resources. The program is staffed by mental health professionals and community volunteers that provide free services to those we serve in the San Fernando Valley, including:

Linkage and navigation of referrals to community resources
Weekly one-on-one counseling to seniors who are experiencing depression, loneliness, anxiety, isolation, loss and other issues associated with aging.
