New Practitioner Orientation

Note: You must first claim your Providence New Caregiver Account at access.providence.org and set up Personal Identifiers (PIDs).

• After claiming your account, visit the following web address (or copy and paste this URL into the browser’s address bar):
  https://providence4.sharepoint.com/sites/ORQMMSS_NewPractitionerOrientation 

• Once you have completed the orientation, fill out the attestation form and click ‘submit.’
