Cancer Conferences
Providence Cancer Institute is proud to offer multidisciplinary cancer conferences to help providers discuss diagnoses, treatment planning, and other case-specific topics. The conferences are located in the Portland Service Area, but offer remote access for healthcare providers through Microsoft Teams technology.
All non-Providence medical staff providers must sign and return our confidentiality agreement prior to attending one of our meetings. Scan and send via email.
Providence medical staff: Complete the Providence SharePoint submission form. (Internal Providence network access only.)
Non-Providence providers: Complete this case submission form.
Select the option to review pathology slides if necessary for case review. Many cases are reviewed using the path reports rather than full slide review. Please fax pathology reports to our regional pathology office at 503-893-7795.
Our conference coordinators will contact you to provide a brief orientation on how to access the meeting.
Most cancer conferences meet entirely virtual. A few conferences meet in person, with virtual attendance also available. Please see conference schedule section for details.
