Frequently Asked Questions
Craig Boyle and T. Candace Degenstein have elected not to continue with our clinic after the transition to Kadlec Medical Group. All other providers will continue seeing patients at the same location.

All services received before May 31, 2024, will be billed by Three Rivers Family Medicine. Please consult the Three Rivers staff for any questions regarding statements prior to May 31, 2024.
All services received after June 1, 2024, will be billed by Kadlec reflecting the new name, Kadlec Clinic – Three Rivers Primary Care. If you have questions about a bill received after June 1, 2024, please contact our Kadlec Billing Office at 509-942-3234.
