Our Approach

At Kadlec Fertility Center, we know the road to pregnancy isn’t always easy. It can be stressful, emotional and uncertain. We’re here to travel with you and help make your dreams of having a baby come true. 

Since no two fertility stories are exactly the same, we start by getting to know you and your partner. Then, our compassionate team of experienced fertility specialists creates a personalized plan to grow your family.  

We’re independent from our OB/GYN practice, so you can consult with one of our Kadlec Fertility Center physicians, get lab tests and undergo procedures all in one convenient location. 

If you have not been able to get pregnant, or are over 30 and considering pregnancy, our team of medical specialists focuses on the complex issues of infertility. We offer the following services to help: 

  • Fertility consultation and examination
  • Diagnostic services, including ultrasound for antral follicle counts (a test that measures your egg supply)
  • Semen analysis
  • Hormone management 
  • Intrauterine insemination (IUI) 
  • Collaboration with OB/GYN providers

If treatment is needed beyond IUI, we’ll refer you to another fertility specialist/clinic and consult with them for a smooth transition. 

Appointments are scheduled based on your provider’s availability. We’re open Mon - Fri: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Call us to schedule.

Dr. Gerard Letterie of Seattle Reproductive Medicine has clinic hours with us twice a month. During his clinic days he consults with both our patients and our fertility center team. 

Each patient’s situation is unique. Some have insurance that includes fertility treatments. For others, fertility care is an out-of-pocket expense. We’re happy to meet and discuss the costs associated with your particular insurance, so you can financially plan your treatment. 

Our fertility specialists provide consultations, examinations, lab services and procedures up to the point of egg retrieval.
