Yes, you can still call our clinic after we’ve closed for the day, and our on-call answering service will pick up. One of our Facey physicians or registered nurses is always available after normal business hours and on weekends for urgent and emergency questions.
If it’s not an emergency, we encourage you to contact us by phone the following workday, or through MyChart or the Providence app.
We know life doesn’t always happen according to schedule. Facey staffs our Urgent Care locations with pediatricians and family medicine physicians at all times for weekend and after-hours care. You also have access to ExpressCare Virtual.
Immediate care is always available for all Facey patients when you have an urgent health issue. However, we strongly encourage making an appointment with your regular pediatrician if our office is open.
