Student Internships

The Covenant Health Student Internship Program challenges our students to take the next step in their professional careers by submerging themselves within a hospital environment. We offer non-paid internship experiences for college level students of all backgrounds. These opportunities are rich in experience and allow for hands-on learning.

Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our interns by creating opportunity and quality experiences so that you can be part of the future of Covenant Health.

Internships run from January to July (spring) and June to December (fall).

What Do Interns Do?

Interns become part of a team of employees in order to obtain a more authentic career experience.
Interns participate in the Ambassador Shift program to make our mission and values part of their work culture. Ambassador Shifts are designed to put to practice the mission, values and promise of Covenant into each of our caregivers from the beginning – starting with interns. They are opportunities to earn required hours through serving in different capacities based on the needs within our ministries.
Intern hourly requirements are 100 hours per season.
