Texas & New Mexico

Welcome to Texas and New Mexico's 2024 Annual Report

Covenant Health’s commitment to serving all, especially those who are vulnerable, extends beyond the walls of our ministries. In 2024, we strengthened our efforts to address critical health challenges in west Texas and eastern New Mexico, working alongside community partners to expand access to care and essential resources.

Last year, our organization invested significantly in community benefit programs, ensuring that more individuals and families receive the support they need. Our community investment totaled more than $81 million, with $5.6 million going toward community health improvement and strategic partnerships. Some of our key initiatives included:

  • A partnership with the Palmer Drug Abuse Program in Lea County, New Mexico, providing matching grant funds to support people and families affected by substance use disorders with free, life-changing services.
  • The expansion of our free Diabetes and Prediabetes Program, which has now helped more than 500 people gain the knowledge and tools to manage their health through personalized education, nutrition guidance and long-term care planning.
  • Ongoing financial assistance, behavioral health support and outreach services for uninsured and underinsured people in our region.

These initiatives reflect our unwavering dedication to improving the well-being of our communities. I invite you to learn more in the 2024 Annual Report to Our Communities, where we highlight the profound impact of our caregivers and partners. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and remain committed to advancing health and healing for all.
