Start in MyChart to view balances, statements and available payment options. For most Providence California billing questions, call 866-747-2455, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. PST.

Facey patients should call 844-888-3593, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. PST. Refer to the number on your statement if it differs.
