Understanding Women’s Heart Health at Every Age

Join us for an in-person event, including a free heart-healthy lunch, to learn more about how you can prioritize your health.

Saturday, May 17, 2025: 10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Heart disease can present differently in women than men, so it’s important to understand its symptoms. Join other women to discuss risks, screenings and lifestyle modifications. We’ll help you prioritize your heart health – from pregnancy through menopause.

Our Covenant experts will guide you through the following:

  • Wellness, prevention and health maintenance – screenings, labs, annual exams and overall heart health
  • Diabetes and nutrition
  • Hormone replacement therapy during perimenopause and menopause

We’ll also offer a free blood pressure screening to all attendees, and a heart-healthy lunch will be served.

This is an in-person event that will be recorded.
