Health for a Better World

In solidarity with our community partners

All across the Providence family of organizations, we partner with people in our communities to improve their health and well-being through action and investment. It’s a tradition we’ve followed since our founders came west to serve very vulnerable people in the 1860s and again in the early 1900s. For generations, we’ve worked alongside our local partners and others of goodwill to guide our service and investments to have lasting impact into the future.

Beyond our local communities, and thanks to longstanding relationships with trusted partners, we respond to domestic and international emergencies and have helped reduce disparities and improve health outcomes at home and in some of the world’s most impoverished countries.

We remain committed to collaborating with those who best understand the opportunities and challenges in the areas where they live and work. Together, we are creating health for a better world.
