Our clinic is conveniently located in Providence Medical Park. This allows us to collaborate with other health care clinicians on patient care and refer patients for imaging or urgent care if needed.
Providence St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Medical Center is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF International). We undergo rigorous reviews to maintain the highest level of compliance.
We’re located just north of Interstate 90 between the Sullivan Road and Flora Avenue exits. St. Luke’s clinic is on the east end of the first floor of the Providence Medical Park building.
Free and convenient street parking is available. For easier access, please park in the east parking lot near the Urgent Care clinic. Our clinic is on the first floor.

We work with our patients one-on-one and collaborate with adult primary care and pediatrics at Providence Medical Park. We also work with specialty clinics at the medical park, including occupational medicine for people injured on the job.
