The Providence Mission Center building in Spokane Valley includes several specialty services including ear, nose & throat services; general surgery; colon & rectal surgery; and hearing loss/hearing instruments. The professional service are being provided by Columbia Surgical Specialists and Spokane Ear, Nose & Throat, an independent provider group who has been caring for patients for decades. Together, our team members continue providing comprehensive care for all.

Our building is located in Spokane Valley on Mission between Pines and Evergreen, two blocks east of Valley Hospital and across from the Whimsical Pig apartment complex. Parking is convenient and free.
