Providence Marianwood is nestled in the woods on four acres at the south end of the Sammamish Plateau.

All our rooms look out onto beautiful courtyards, gardens or woods. Whether you are relaxing or recovering in your room, reading in the family room, working on a puzzle in the social activity room or sipping coffee on the garden patio, you’ll enjoy the beauty of our tranquil setting. Our peaceful and natural environment is designed to promote your health, well-being and quality of life.

Households are clusters of private and shared rooms for our residents. Each household has its own staff that offers skilled nursing care and assistance 24/7 in a home-like setting.

The goal of the care teams at Marianwood is to respond to each resident's needs and personal choices. Staff members honor the dignity and individuality of each resident, and to encourage and help restore wellness as well as provide compassionate care, comfort and support.

Resident rooms allow privacy and common areas at the center of the household provide companionship, activity and community. As a resident, you are encouraged to bring pictures and items of personal significance to decorate your room to make yourself feel at home and to reflect your personality and interests. And you are also encouraged to enjoy the camaraderie of your fellow residents and the activities offered in the common areas.
