Providence Medical Group – Rochester Family Medicine provides comprehensive health services to individuals of all ages, close to home. As your personal caregivers, we are committed to providing you quality, individualized care for you and your loved ones. You can count on our family doctors to get to know you personally, be your health care advocate and coordinate all your health care needs. Whether you need a sports physical or flu shot, treatment for an injury or help managing diabetes, we’ll be here.

As part of the larger Providence and Swedish health care systems, you will also have a direct access to some of the best specialty care in the country, should you ever need it. Whether you or a loved one needs an endocrinologist, obstetrician, cardiologist or any other specialist, we promise to help you find the best caregivers possible, and we’ll stay with you through any health challenge that may come your way.

Part of our commitment to your care is providing after-hours access for urgent health needs. If you have an emergency, or feel you or someone else could be in immediate danger, please call 911. However, if you have an urgent health care need outside of our office hours, please use our on-call number at 360-330-2720.
