Our Approach
Despite recent advances in care, many women still believe they have to suffer in silence with health issues, such as incontinence and pelvic pain. But in many cases, this is no longer true. Our board-certified urogynecologists and gynecologist can help restore your health so you can return to the life you love. We offer expert care for the entire range of incontinence and pelvic floor conditions – and the most effective treatment, from nonsurgical options to robotic-assisted procedures.
We also provide care for other medical issues that can affect a woman’s quality of life, including menstrual conditions, fibroids and hormonal problems, and benign ovarian disorders.
We know these conditions can be sensitive. That’s why we provide personalized, compassionate care in a healing setting.

Our board-certified gynecologist and urogynecologists are part of the Providence St. Jude Pelvic Health Program, a nationally recognized program that offers the most innovative treatments and services for pelvic floor disorders. Our services range from simple outpatient procedures to robotic-assisted surgical repairs to treat even the most complex conditions.
We know that pelvic floor disorders can cause physical and emotional distress, so we offer whole-person care. We do this by integrating evidence-based wellness services into your treatment. These services can include emotional support, acupuncture, massage and nutrition. Because of our exceptional care, the Providence South Women and Childrens Institute has designated St. Jude as a Providence Regional Center of Excellence for Pelvic Health.
Conditions we treat include:
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Fistulas
- Pelvic pain, both acute and chronic
- Childbirth injury or abnormal healing
- Sexual dysfunction, including pain or discomfort during intercourse
- Fecal incontinence
We know urinary conditions like incontinence can interfere with a woman’s life, physically, emotionally and socially. For some women, this means planning activities around access to bathrooms. For others, it means giving up activities for fear of social embarrassment.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. Advancements in treatment for urinary conditions can not only restore your health but also your daily life and give you the freedom to get back to doing the things you love.
Our board-certified urogynecologists offer compassionate care tailored to your specific needs. St. Jude Heritage Fullerton has been designated by Medtronic as a Center of Excellence, the only one in Orange County. It received this designation for its innovative therapies, such as sacral neuromodulation to treat incontinence.
Conditions we treat include:
- Incontinence
- Urinary urgency during the day or night (nocturia)
- Interstitial cystitis (painful bladder syndrome)
- Overactive bladder
- Neurogenic bladder
- Urinary retention or the inability to empty the bladder
- Urethral strictures and diverticulum
- Recurrent urinary tract infections
Menstrual and hormonal disorders and fibroids can take an emotional and physical toll on women. They can cause constant or severe pain and interfere with daily life. Menstrual and hormonal disorders also can cause serious mood swings and depression.
Fibroids and menstrual and hormonal disorders can occur separately, but many times they’re related. That’s why we approach them as a whole at our clinic. We diagnose and treat these conditions with the compassion struggling women deserve and the expertise needed to understand the interactions among these disorders.
We specialize in minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopy and robotic-assisted surgery, for gynecological conditions.
Conditions we treat include:

- Inside the muscle of the uterus (intramural)
