The Mission Heritage Medical Group Anticoagulation Clinic, located on the first floor of the Medical Plaza, serves Mission Heritage Medical Group patients who have been prescribed Warfarin. The clinic is staffed by RNs, LVNs, clerical staff members and has dedicated physicians who serve as medical directors of the clinic. The Anticoagulation Clinic performs finger-stick INR determinations and instructs patients regarding any dosage changes.
The immediacy of being able to check INR and adjust Warfarin dosage during the visit is one great benefit of our Anticoagulation Clinic. We also offer educational resources to our patients to keep them well informed and enhance their experience at our clinic.

In addition to Warfarin management, Mission Heritage Medical Group Anticoagulation Clinic manages dosing and therapy with the Novel Oral Anticoagulants (NOACs) as well as dosing, administration, and bridging therapy with subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin (enoxaparin).
