Swindells Resource Center supports parents and caregivers of children who have special health, behavioral or developmental needs. We provide video resources, information and education to communities throughout Oregon and southwest Washington.

Our Care Notebook is a valuable tool to help maintain a personal health record for the child you support. It helps parents coordinate the complex records of their child's care, services and providers.
Located at each of our centers, libraries provide useful information on subjects of interest to families and caregivers of children with special needs. Books are available for loan at no cost and can be mailed anywhere. You may view the searchable online library and request an item for pickup.
