Our outpatient rehabilitation program is dedicated to helping patients get back to their very best. Structured to support medically stable individuals, our outpatient therapy services are provided in a well-equipped gym and private treatment rooms.
A physician referral may be required.
We offer specialized rehabilitative care through physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology. Our services include:
- Musculoskeletal/orthopedic rehabilitation
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Integrated brain injury program
- Hand therapy
- Pelvic floor rehabilitation
- Speech therapy
- Cancer rehabilitation
Conditions treated with rehabilitation include:
- Stroke
- Brain injury
- Spinal cord injury
- Trauma
- Amputation
- Neurological disorders, such as balance problems, multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease
- Orthopedic injury
- Sports injury
Faster post-op recoveries begin at pre-op. We’re dedicated to getting our surgical patients back to what they love faster. Our exercise and education prehabilitation program prepares patients for surgery so they can have a smoother and quicker recovery.
Led by registered nurses and exercise physiologists, our prehabilitation program offers:
- Individualized care to optimize your health before surgery
- One-on-one consultations with registered dietitians
- ECG monitoring during your first session (follow-up monitoring provided as-needed)
- Blood pressure monitoring at every session
- Diabetes education, if needed
This is a self-pay program at $50/month. A physician referral is required.
