At Providence Primary Care, we offer whole-person care for patients of all ages. We take the time to get to know you and understand your unique needs and concerns. After-Hours Care

We’re here to care for you Monday through Saturday. But if you or one of your family members are not feeling well, after-hour options are available. Providence Urgent Care is co-located within our office.

If you have an injury or illness that is non-life-threatening, but need to be seen right away, think of us as an alternative to the ER.

Providence Physical Rehabilitation - Midtown
Physical therapists are experts in movement. Our physical therapist will partner with you to address your aches, pains, work and sports injuries. Our goal is to help you become as active and pain-free as possible through hands-on care, patient education, and prescribed movement.

Providence Urgent Care - Midtown
If you have an injury or illness that is non-life-threatening, but need to be seen right away, think of us as an alternative to the ER. You can walk-in, reserve a spot online to be seen in person or have a video visit.
