Heather Scarbrough, CNM, is a dedicated certified nurse midwife with five years of experience in labor, delivery, and inpatient pediatric care. Heather earned her undergraduate nursing degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, TX, where she began her midwifery career before relocating to Lubbock after two years. For the past three years, she has been an integral member of the Labor and Delivery team, providing compassionate, skilled care to expectant mothers and their families. Heather pursued a graduate degree in nurse midwifery from Texas Tech University, further refining her expertise in both hospital-based midwifery and outpatient women's health services. She is committed to delivering family-centered, low-intervention birth experiences while ensuring that her patients feel supported and heard throughout their birthing journey and beyond. Heather advocates for shared decision-making and strives to leave a lasting, positive impact on the women and families she serves.
