NP Leah Taylor is a great provider! She took her time with me and listened to all my concerns. She gave a very thorough assessment and examination. She is also great at providing follow-up information and is very open to a more collaborative approach to my treatment. I'm very impressed as this was my first time being treated by her and look forward to seeing her in the future!

Providence providers had been doing super speedy consultations but she took the time to listen me what. How I was feeling and what I was thinking mattered to her and she took the time to explain and answer every question I had. Hope she stays around for a long time. This was my first appointment with her and I am definitely looking forward to the next.

Provider made me feel comfortable

I was nervous and embarrassed about the condition I was getting checked. Leah was very reassuring and explained many options and referred me to physical therapy. When I left the visit I had a better understanding of the "issue" and that it is common among women, I was relieved.

This was my first appointment with Leah Taylor and she was exceptional. She went over my entire medical record and brought to my attention some things I might want to talk to my regular doctor about. She was very thorough in her exam especially regarding an issue I brought to her attention and also some issues she found upon exam. Her explanations were easy to understand regarding the Issue and how to treat with medication at home. I was very pleased with the thoroughness and depth of my appointment with her.

This was the 1st time I saw Leah so, some of the questions don't really comply with this survey. But, I will say that she was one of the nicest people I've ever had in this medical field. She took her time to make sure she had all the answers to questions I had. I'm hoping at the next clinic it goes the same as she has referred me to a clinic closer to my home. If anyone asks me for a reference, her name will be used.

From the time my husband and I walked into the clinic, I felt somewhat relaxed and relieved. The area was welcoming, well lit and comforting. The receptionist was kind and positive. The medical assistant came to take us back to the exam room - her demeanor was positive, kind and very calming. She let me know that I was going to see the Nurse Practitioner, of which I was very apprehensive. All of the NP's I have ever seen were a great disappointment. Leah came in and introduced herself - for some reason I was able to relax a little. The more we talked about why I was there, the more relaxed I became. She asked questions without being intrusive but rather to learn about me and understand my being so reluctant. She was the most caring, empathetic, kind person that I have ever dealt with. I am 66 years old, have 2 children, am a breast cancer survivor (reconstructed bi-lateral mastectomy) and Leah and the assistant were the absolute very best I and my husband have ever encountered. She helped me with my uncomfortable situation and helped make it much more bearable. She was very professional and the clinical terminology was clear, concise and easy to follow. Thank you Leah and the assistant that showed us back to the exam room.
