Dr. Dale Wilson was very easy to talk with and listen to. Because I have 50% blocked carotid arteries, I had some questions I needed answers to. I believe he already knew my concerns. He spoke to me like I mattered and he answered all the questions I was going to ask him. What questions I did have he answered. From the moment he entered the room his compassion was evident. I felt at ease and was grateful for the fact that he helped calm my fears about my carotid arteries. I wish everyone showed that kid of care and compassion! Thank you Dr. Dale Wilson!

Exceptionally good experiences

This was a very respectful and caring visit experience. The Doctor is a specialist I needed to see and I thought I would have to wait for months but I was able to get in to see him very quickly within a week or two. The situation was not extremely urgent but frightening to me. So being timely was helpful in any number ways. Plus when I got there all the staff and the doctor made me feel like they really cared about me. The doctor explained everything carefully and listened to my questions and concerns. He answered all of them and made me feel much more relaxed. There was follow up to do to get some earlier records and the doctor took care of it and then called me back with the implications of those earlier results without me having to bother them, remind them, etc. This is a unique experience to me in the last 3 years. Really well done and very much appreciated. I will be working with this Dr on my health situation on a pretty regular basis and I am so glad they are there for me.
