He was very polite and listened very well to my concerns, and explained the medication he would be ordering for me..though I did not get the procedure I was told by yakima urology that would be happening..I was very happy with this doctor and how he conducted himself during my visit..I was actually amazed how nice and how he took the time to listen and explain his decision..I wish more doctors were like him..

The provider in getting to the heart of my husband's issue, it was refreshing to have provider that got to the issue and a good solution.

I've only had one visit with Dr. Gavin but what impressed me the most was that he remembered me from three years ago and that I failed to follow up on a procedure I had with him and this mattered a great deal to me! He told me that on my next visit with him he will follow up on this procedure on my next visit and so I feel very confident going back with him to perform the procedure so that I can get to feeling better real soon.

Dr. Gavin, he is looking at the screen of my bladder explains what he sees, asked if my wife or I had any questions. He was very polite and greeted my wife and had eye contact with her as he explained what is going on with my bladder. This is the first time any doctor has given my wife the respect Dr. Gavin has given to her. I am a referral from the VA. Dr. Gavin and his office have been respectful, courteous, friendly.

Dr Gavin is knowledgeable and attentive. This was my first visit with him, and I was favorably impressed.He could have spent a bit more time with me and could have done a prostate inspection, which he did not.
