This was my first visit with Dr. Gavin. I was very impressed with his knowledge and had a good dialogue regarding my condition and enjoyed his humor which was great.

The provider in getting to the heart of my husband's issue, it was refreshing to have provider that got to the issue and a good solution.

I've only had one visit with Dr. Gavin but what impressed me the most was that he remembered me from three years ago and that I failed to follow up on a procedure I had with him and this mattered a great deal to me! He told me that on my next visit with him he will follow up on this procedure on my next visit and so I feel very confident going back with him to perform the procedure so that I can get to feeling better real soon.

Dr. Gavin, he is looking at the screen of my bladder explains what he sees, asked if my wife or I had any questions. He was very polite and greeted my wife and had eye contact with her as he explained what is going on with my bladder. This is the first time any doctor has given my wife the respect Dr. Gavin has given to her. I am a referral from the VA. Dr. Gavin and his office have been respectful, courteous, friendly.

Dr. Gavin is the best. He is kind and understanding. He answers all my questions in an easy to understand manner. He is also an incredible doctor and has helped me clinically many times. He is one of the best doctors I have had both in the surgery center and in his office. I can't say enough good things about him.

Dr Gavin explained the symptoms and procedure necessary to remove a tumor from my bladder. From my first visit he was compassionate and listened to my fears of recurring cancer; I have been in remission for AML for 20 years. Trusting and putting oneself in the care of another is not an easy decision, but with Dr Gavin I felt comfortable from my first encounter.

Dr. Gavin explains medical issues in a way that is easily understandable. He listens to concerns and is respectful to my questions.
