About Hunter A. McKay
Hunter A. McKay, M.D., FACS is a Urology Specialist in Olympia, Washington. He graduated from the University of Colorado School Of Medicine in Denver, Colorado in 1970 . Dr. McKay trained as a resident in urology at the National Naval Medical Center (Bethesda, MD) and the Naval Regional Medical Center (Oakland, CA). He was on active duty (USN) for 11 years and a reservist (USNR) for 10 years. During those years he served as a squadron flight surgeon and urologist. His full time urology practice was in Renton, WA (28 years), ending in 2007. He now practices General Urology and acts primarily as a Urology Hospitalist at Providence St Peter Hospital and provides call support to Providence Centralia Hospital and other nearby medical centers.
