Dr. Mullen is an excellent doctor

Dr Mullen is excellent. He always makes time to talk with me, listen to my concerns, explain what he is doing and updates my condition with me. He explained why my wait time was longer than usual because he was seeing another patient who had a difficult diagnosis. I completely understood since he has spent extra time with me in the past when I needed him to. I am very pleased with his care.

Very knowledgeable and very interested in learning as well as teaching. Could not schedule next visit because his appointment calendar was "not available yet." That is a concern only because appts must generally be scheduled months in advance.

Dr Mullen was delayed some due to a surgery that required additional time to avoid the patient from having an additional surgery. I was totally fine with his decision to save the patient from another surgery event and have me wait a bit longer. I totally respect him for making the best logical decision for that procedure.

Dr. Mullen has been fantastic. He's intelligent, caring and a good communicator. Everything I look for in a Dr. I feel fortunate to have had him be in the Hospital when my stone hit. He was able to do the initial lithotripsy the night after my attack, which ended the severe pain I was having. Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Mullen!

While scheduling can be difficult and getting answers to urgent medical questions that are called in can be slow, the doctors are excellent

I have been a patient with Dr Mullen for a number of years and he has always provided the most informative, helpful, and actual care that I could hope to have, especially with follow up procedures and results.

I think Dr Mullen showed interest and cared about my kidney problem and gave me the best alternatives. He ordered more tests so we could make a better decision on removal of my kidney. He was very thorough.

Always a good experience except for this visit was running very late.
