I felt heard

I saw Dr. Khanna recently for a 6 month cystoscopy, a test to followup on bladder cancer treatment I've been undergoing since 2021. When the survey asks if I've referrals from Dr. Khanna in the past 3 months I answered no; however, I have received referrals in the past 6 month which is the previous time I saw Dr. Khanna. Dr. Khanna always enters the examination room and affirms who I am and why I am there, citing my medical history. He knows. Dr. Khanna and his staff are always supportive. I appreciate this as this as bladder cancer is a intimidating journey.

He makes it easy to talk to and makes you feel like you're really important and he really listens to your concerns. I've been improving with every visit but I'm not perfect yet and he wants me at 100% and so do I. I'm sure I will get there soon. He's got very good bedside manner and when you first come in he sits down and really takes time to talk about your concerns. All my family that have met him are in agreement that he's a great person besides being a very good doctor. We all love him!

My Systoscopy was much more comfortable than I had expected. From the super kind and gentle Nurses to the Doctor everything was explained step by step as It was done. There were no surprises. Dr. Khanna informed me about the treatment options available from least invasive to most invasive. As he discussed each treatment option, he would indicate why the option would not be the most viable one for me. My wife and I listened closely as Dr. Khanna discussed all treatment options, after which he asked us if we had any questions. It was a lot to take in and absorb, but we were able to formulate some questions. Dr. Khanna listened closely to our questions and provided thoughtful responses. Upon our asking, based on his years of medical practice and experience, Dr. Khanna indicated which treatment option he would recommend and why. When we left Dr. Khanna's office, my wife and I felt that we had the necessary information to discuss and make a decision as to the best treatment option. Before leaving, Dr. Khanna ordered an additional screening to rule out other complications. After everything was said and done, we feel confident about leaving my care in his hands.

This my second time I was directed to this provider, Both times I found the Doctors and staffs have been professional and interested in my health. I feel very comfortable with the care and information I have received. This practice is busy and deals with a lot of patients, that is a positive indicator that they are true professionals and care for their patients
