About David S. Koslov
Dr. David Koslov is a fellowship-trained specialist with expertise in the field of reconstructive urology. He is passionate about helping patients with complex urologic conditions such as urethral and ureteral stricture disease, post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s Disease, BPH and kidney stones. He also has significant experience in female pelvic floor reconstruction and manages pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and voiding dysfunction. He manages post-surgical, post-radiation, and post-trauma complications of the urethra, bladder, ureter and kidney. He also offers robotic, endoscopic, and open procedures to tailor surgical approaches to patients’ needs. Dr. Koslov completed a urologic residency at Wake Forest University in North Carolina and a two-year fellowship in reconstructive urology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Koslov has published many peer-reviewed papers, book chapters, and presented research at both regional and national conferences. Following his fellowship, he joined San Bernardino Urologic Associates in 2020
