Hari P. Sawkar, MD

Dr. Sawkar is originally a native of Portland, Oregon before he settled down in sunny Southern California. He graduated magna cum laude from George Washington University, where he studied biomedical engineering. He then graduated from Medical School at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago.

He completed his urology training at the University of Southern California, where he worked closely with internationally renowned surgeons in all subspecialties of urology. He has presented at multiple professional meetings and has authored several peer reviewed publications. His interests include prostate cancer, robotic surgery for benign and malignant urologic diseases, prosthetic surgery, minimally invasive treatment of kidney stones, and voiding dysfunction. He is a member of the American Urological Association.

Dr. Sawkar is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys running, snowboarding, hiking, and biking in his free time.
