I was nervous about my dx and Dr explained everything clearly, I left visit less afraid. A family member also had been treated at Providence for same dx and had received excellent care and treatment. Still nervous but no longer afraid I have confidence in my doctor and know I will get excellent care.

I have been fortunate to receive breast cancer care for the past two years by the breast care clinicians/group at Providence. I have been extremely happy with the group, especially with the coordination of all the providers and their care.

At each encounter with Dr. Massimino, I feel calm and at ease. Which is amazing, because I have had great anxiety regarding my proceedure. She answered all of my many questions with kindness and consideration. She would ask me after each question if I understood, or needed it explained another way. I felt in good hands and well prepared for my surgery. She even checked in on me in my recovery room after surgery to see how I was doing. Now that's care. Thank you Dr Massimino.

Kristen has a special gift as a surgeon. My scars are minimal AND there was no pain after surgery. She is an asset to the profession.

My condition could be very scary. My Doctor dealt with all my concerns with respect to me and encouragement. I felt heard,understood and time was taken to be sure I was comfortable with the procedures yo come, I felt compassion for my situation. It was an excellent experience

I had seen this Dr a few years ago and was considered a new patient but treated like a returning patient. My unexpected diagnosis was addressed with warmth and compassion. I'm grateful to have a prior relationship with the Dr. But even if I hadn't I would feel absolute confidence in the very high level of care, and professionalism. They had already pre scheduled appts for me and filled out most of the new patient forms my other drs would need. No one has ever done that, I didn't know it could be done.
