About Linda R. Alexander
Linda is a former runner who competed in 5Ks, 10Ks and marathons, as well as decathlons and triathlons. She also twice completed the Seattle-to-Portland bike race, and enjoyed white water kayaking. Currently, Linda is a mountain biker, road biker, hiker, mountain climber, strength and conditioning consultant/trainer for a local gymnastics club, snowboarder, ukulele student and Orthopedic Certified Specialist.
