From the moment I came into the office until the end of my appointment, all the people I came in contact, including the doctor, were all professional and kind to my needs.

Provider was knowledgeable, competent, and very gentle during his administration of injection and assessment of my pain.

I appreciate directness and efficiency.I would like to be able to discuss my overall health vs. the one problem my visit is coded by as several of my issues are interrelated.

Dr. Karim has been astoundingly quick on replying to messages on My Chart. We had to switch some details on a referral and his reponsis were always prompt. It made it a pleasure to work with him and his staff. He has a confidence that is encouraging and he noted every comment I made in the chart notes. He's good. On a side note, I would like to suggest that you add communicating on My Chart to this survey. In my experience that is where all the communication outside of a visit takes place. Thanks
