My care provider has been excellent to date, but scheduling appointments is a nightmare with Providence for both appointments and diagnostic tests. Hold times can be in excess of 45 minutes and call backs are inconsistent.

Provider let me see ultrasound as he was inserting needle for cortisone shot and explained the process. That was interesting and a positive experience.

My provider is excellent, as is my "backup" provider in the same office. They always consider everything I have to ask/say, feed back with helpful specifics, and they never treat me as if I am a child. If I have any complaint it's that they are so busy that it is often hard to get a timely appointment.

Dr. White is great. Always has been. Now this new place you've contracted to take care of your lab work leaves a lot to be desired....

Dr. White is amazingly straightforward and helpful. He is easy ti talk with and really listens to any concerns.

First of all, I trust Dr. White. Have seen him for more than 10 years, I think he knows me, knows my health issues, and treats me with respect. Second, although he is not as accessible as I would like, he is worth waiting for. Third, I appreciate his tenure at Providence - I am not having to constantly seek out new providers. Fourth, because he is not as accessible, I often feel I have to go to a specialist instead of Dr. White - they are more available!

The provider, technicians and receptionists in the office did an outstanding professional job. Obtaining the appointment and communicating through MyChart and directly through to the office is somewhat difficult. Answers to questions aren't easily made.

Dr. White and the team at the Glisan Clinic have always been courteous and helpful. I do notice that there are often no available appointments on MyChart when I try to make an appointment with that app. If I call in, I can get an appointment. I also noticed that I don't get a response to email inquiries that I make using MyChart. Again, when I call in, I get immediate help.

First time meeting Dr White and I was very pleased with the outcome

Thayer White listens well and understands aging body issues, as well as long-ago sports injuries and their effects on aging body. I trust his judgement.

My experience with this provider stretches over several years. His athletic lifestyle and focus hurt his ability to relate to my needs early in his career, so I went away. After a horrible experience with another provider I gave this provider another chance. So far, so good.

I am very confident in my doctor. Getting responses to questions through the office could be much better. Calling into the office has been difficult in the past and I now drive to the office to come in to get quicker answers and to schedule appointments. That seems to work well but is a bit frustrating. Once I do get to speak with a person at the office things go smoothly. This would unfortunately, be what I would have to share with another. I am very satisfied with the care once I am in the office and this would also be something I share.
