The doctor was knowledgeable and caring. He talked to me like he cared about my concerns and that he was interested in helping me. He gave me easy to follow exercises that he felt would help, and he said if this isn't helping we'll try something else. He didn't jump to surgery and he treated me with dignity and kindness.

Physician is very informed and has good instincts how to accommodate patient needs. Very impressive experience all the way around.

I was very impressed by the care I received. Dr.Potter listened to my concern and validated what I thought to myself. He took the time to show me the x-rays as well as the sonogram. I felt at ease and would recommend him to anyone needing his services.

I only see this provider occasionally to oversee physical therapy and post concussion syndrome questions. He was very helpful in seeing me before the usual follow up timing for an unusual situation with a joint issue that may affect my sense of dizziness and steadiness when walking. He was very helpful and I asked him to do a PCP type of listen to my chest due to some wheezing I have had of late....not related to post concussion. Overall, he was patient, thoughtful and suggested some exercises for my knee condition as it contributes to my steadiness or unsteadiness in walking.

I was most impressed with how detailed and diligent the doctor was. He found out what was wrong with my shoulder where no one else had been able to figure out what was going on. I am very happy to have gotten a consult with him.

I would go back to Dr Pitter in a heartbeat. Now that my left knee and right shoulder are feeling better, I'm thinking about going in for my right knee and hip. I trust him totally .

Dr. Potter is the best provider for my MVA. I wouldn't be resolved without his compassion, needed care and attention. I wish he was my health care provider not just from my MVA. God bless his heart. We need more doctors like him.

Nothing but positive experiences with this provider

I saw Dr. Potter for Synvisc injections in both knees. The Medical Assistant had everything ready when Dr. Potter entered the exam room. Staff joked that Dr. Potter's nickname is "Painless Potter", and he lived up to that name. The injections were minimally uncomfortable, and I was on my way within 15 minutes of my appointment time. All staff was kind and respectful.

I had a good experience with Dr.Potter. He listened and answered my questions. He did not rush in and out of the visit. The only downside is trying to get an appointment at Sports Medicine. I had to wait for over a month to see someone. This is not a reflection on Dr Potter.

Dr. Potter is an excellent care provider. He has taken very great care of my knees, scheduling me every 6 months for a Synvisc shot in both knees. He thoroughly checks my knees first to see how they're doing, then administers the shots. My knees have been doing really well! I have referred my friends for these shots. I even went dancing Friday night after my Tuesday shots!!
