I love Dr. Usman. He is very professional and he cares about his patients.I also love the Facey facilities and the personnel here in Valencia. BIG difference with the ones in Porter Ranch.

He listened to what I said and explained what was happening to my body. I explained what exercises I was doing and how I felt. He replied with the answers I needed and felt better about my concerns . He provided some more exercises to do and I will see him again to discuss the results . My arthritis in my body is the biggest problem and he eased my fears . I apricate him and his help.

My stand-out impression after this appointment with Dr. Usman (I hope I spelled his name right) was that he spoke WITH me instead of TO me. He laid out some options for me and then presented me with choices. We had some back-and-forth discussion so I could get clarification, and then I told him my preference. He respected my decision (and I think he agreed with my choice) and then we made a follow-up appointment.The other pleasant surprise was that he was completely conversant with my condition as if I were his only patient and as if he had spent days reviewing my file and prepping for this appointment. I know this couldn't be true, but how on Earth did he know so many details without even staring at his computer? Obviously he had prepared somehow before he walked into the exam room, but I was astonished with his recall of seemingly minor details. Color me surprised.And bonus points go to whomever decorated the office for Halloween. I left with a smile on my face.

1st time needing to see Dr Usman and although the time it took to get an appt was much too long both the staff and Dr Usman were great.

Dr. Usman is an amazing doctor. He is personable and always remembers my medical issues. His support staff is stellar and I am lucky to have them all!

The doctor did tell me I could request a cortisone injection earlier if I needed. I appreciated that. Once beyond the receptionist who did not acknowledge me initially, every other person I came in contact with was respectful and pleasant. Thank you. :)

Dr. Usman is a very knowledgeable doctor. I'd recommend him to anyone that needs this type of care. As long as you have the right insurance, Facey Medical is a great place. I'll miss this practice since you no longer want to accept my straight medi-cal insurance.

I visited Dr. Usman to receive a new knee brace. He ordered an x-ray before the appointment since my last visit was in 2021. He evaluated my knee, discussed my treatment, and gave me a new knee brace before I left. I was pleased with his care and even letting me decide when I should make the next appointment since I am not having any knee pain at this time.

This was a referral/consult visit. The doctor asked pertinent questions regarding my medical history to substantiate my visit. He fitted me with a knee brace. The brace helps my knee pain. I feel better.

Even though there was no reflection of the Issue on the x-rays and he stated so In the visit writeup, he still wanted me to see another surgeon as he felt there was a potential problem with the right hip prosthesis. The approval arrived later that day.
