Peter J. Georgio, MD

Dr. Georgio is a California native who focuses his interest in Urgent Care and Musculative Skeletal Sports Medicine. He was trained in undergraduate school at Montana State University and attended medical school at the American University of the Caribbean. His post Graduate Residency was completed at University of California, San Francisco and he is fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine through Harbor-UCLA in Torrance, CA. Dr. Georgio likes treating athletes on all levels from weekend warriors to professionals of all sporting disciplines. He can frequently be seen on television working for ABC Action Sports or covering MMA Cage Fighting events for the California Athletic Commission. When not working, he can be found participating in local league softball, surfing, skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, hiking, scuba diving or playing golf. He also enjoys private flying, playing poker and guitar, traveling and spending time with his family.
