Provider wa knowledgeable, empathetic, and thorough.

Dr. Choi explained why I wouldn't need surgery. He explained a lot of things others didn't explain.

I especially appreciate the provider having X-rays, etc. They helped me understand our time.

Dr Choi was seemed very interested in my care and was honest in his evaluation of my condition. He had addtional options for physical therapy and medications I could take to help me feel more comfortable. He also mentioned something he saw on my MRI that was not related to what we were talking about that day. Very valuable information.

Dr Choi is very pleasant. He spoke to us not at us which is appreciated. He was patient with answering our questions and explaining his answers to us. Even to show us what he was seeing on the tests past and present. Extremely satisfied with his care. He had to order another scan in order to really be able to see what treatment option(s) are. That referral was placed promptly and my insurance had notified me it was approved I am very satisfied with care from Dr Choi.

Dr. Choi is fantastic. He cares about his patients and their well being. He explains things thoroughly and makes sure you understand your body and what's happening and why.

Dr Choi discussed things that he was very concerned about that haven't been fully addressed in the past

Bad: long wait time in lobby. 45 min. I notified receptionist when I wasn't seen within 15 minutes of appointment time. I was told no room was available, which I did not believe. I also was not given an after visit summary. Good: Dr. Choi was an excellent doctor who had a plan of action ready to implement and he ordered a complete set of tests I needed. I highly recommend him.
