I first met this provider in the CDU after an ER visit. He was very helpful in explaining what he thought was going on with me & clarified his thoughts on going forward. He wanted to see me in his office as a follow up & we discussed results from my MRI taken in the ER. He explained the situation in my neck & a path forward. He referred me to a Neurologist & PT as he said he would. I feel he genuinely cared about my situation & explained it well enough where I understand what's happening. The MA who took care of me was also a very good communicator & seemed happy in her work. Great experience overall after an ER visit & brief CDU stay. I appreciated him making the time to see me in the CDU.

He did take the time to listen and answer all of my questions, but it was up to me to ask the questions. I wish he would've provided more information and education about my condition, and what to expect for recovery and healing process, sometimes I don't know what I don't know or what I ought to be asking.

I have the utmost respect and admiration for Dr. K because he informed me of technical issues with some of the equipment prior to my surgery. He then inquired of my ability and decision on waiting for the technical issues with the "robot," to be resolved. My decision to wait for the resolution of technical issues were in accordance with Dr. K's advice, which resulted in the best possible outcome. As a professional in my career, I truly appreciate transparency and honesty in a surgeon who has my life's future ability in his hands.

All Kadlec personnel have been extremely courteous and polite.
