Penny R. Los, ARNP

Penny Los completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice-Family Nurse Practitioner through Washington State University. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Nursing through South Dakota State University. Prior to joining the Kathryn Severyns Dement Sleep Center team her medical experience included Cardiology and Military Emergency Nursing. She is an active member of American Association of Sleep Medicine and American College of Cardiology. Her personal interests include being in the outdoors, spending time with family, and supporting various Veteran groups. Penny practices to help provide patients with the tools they need to be active participants in their healthcare giving them the foundation to understand and invest in their own health. She has a special interest in helping patients understand the complexities of their sleep disorder in relation to their cardiac health.
