I just love PacMed. The doctors and staff are amazing!

She has successfully treated me for nerve issues in my spine legs and feet. She is also my sleep Dr prescribing CPAP.

Dr. Rezvanian made me feel at ease in assessing a new medical issue that was causing me great concern. She is patient and listens and I have complete confidence that she heard my concerns and will thoroughly continue to work on a plan that provides me with the best options and care possible.

When I made an appointment with Dr. Rezvanian, nothing was available for more than 6 weeks. However, an appointment became available sooner, and I was able to take that one. Dr. Rezvanian did an excellent job of reviewing my medical experiences with me. She used my neurological images to explain my condition in detail in a way that was easy to understand, and she answered my questions fully. At the end of our appointment, I had a much clearer understanding of my brain health and of what I need to do to support it.

This was a referral to a specialist. I found the office convenient, with adequate parking. The staff was friendly but efficient, and I enjoyed meeting Dr. Rezvanian. We had a real conversation about an incident two years ago and I found her to have done her homework on my medical history, but also willing to listen to me on the subject. A+

My Dr went over everything that was available and ordered followup testing to be done after my heart monitor has been removed.

Very informative office follow up for MRI.Finally have a diagnosis and Dr Rezvanian was very thorough in explaining and showing results of MRI. Treatment plan very good also. It was such a great appointment, walked out of there feeling good and at ease because of Dr Rezvanian.

She went out of her way to make sure that my whole care team knew how to assist me with my concerns, even messaging my primary care doctor to let them know that some of my other symptoms are not related to my neurological issue, so that I can get assistance with those as well

I was treated with such care and respect. I had a very difficult time getting to my appointment but they made accommodations for me that were unbelievable. I am so grateful for this provider. It's been the most difficult year of my life and my healthcare team has been wonderful.
