I always enjoy seeing Dr. Wongba. She is always up beat and caring. She spends enough time explaining what is going on, why she is ordering tests and shows me the results so I can visualize whats going on with my health. She also tells me what she is looking at and looking for. I feel very comfortable knowing that she is keeping tabs on my health.

Each member of my care team is exceptional

It was more than good. Because of icy roads they all worked to assist me in changing from an in person visit to a zoom visit.

This provider, her staff and the administrative staff are always exceptional in providing support. I needed to make a follow-up appointment for 6 months but the system doesn't schedule that far out. They gave me very clear instructions on when to call to schedule that appointment.

Dr Wongba listened to me and checked my chest for rasping and immediately gave me prescriptions to cure my cough. No other provider listened like she did.

She was knowledgeable kind and thorough. She named the tests she was ordering. When I was leaving, I was not able to get the list of all the tests I am supposed to be getting I asked the receptionist but she said they would call me to schedule them. The summary said nothing about the tests so I feel left in the dark since they were many and my memory is not the best. I recommend giving patients a handout that includes what has been ordered. Otherwise- very good first visit. Thank you!
